I’m a Clinical Psychologist specializing in working with individuals navigating the complexities of Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and Stress/Burnout. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with intense emotions, feel overwhelmed, have communication challenges, and struggle with trauma responses—and together, we work to build healthier patterns and more fulfilling lives. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner experiences, build insight, and develop meaningful tools for lasting change. I earned my Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from Roberts Wesleyan University in 2021. I draw from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), integrating these approaches to best support each client’s healing process. In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and clarifying your goals for treatment. I’m here to support you every step of the way. I’m deeply passionate about this work and committed to helping my clients find clarity resilience, and growth. Therapy is a powerful step, and I’m here to help you navigate it.
