I work with children and adults who are seeking stability through life events and stressors. My approach to therapy is to meet you where you’re at, in a judgment free zone, with warmth and compassion. I’m here to reflect and validate the feelings and thoughts you may be experiencing using trauma informed and evidence based practices. You don't have to struggle alone. Maybe you’re considering gender, sexuality, peer relationships, divorce, or giving space to those people and situations that no longer serve you. I can be reflective and curious alongside you through these life transitions that often can be hard to navigate. We’ll explore your most pertinent thoughts, feelings, wants, desires, or needs. By elevating your voice you may find a deeper connection to yourself and others. I'll highlight your strengths, empowering you to be in control of your experience. We’ll find the paths that create a more grounded sense of self.
