Introduction
I am a passionate advocate for children and adolescents in need. I believe that play is the language of children, so it's important to incorporate play into my work. I take a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to psychotherapy, allowing children to feel safe to explore and grow. By using techniques such as Play Therapy, CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy, I help my clients develop a diverse tool kit to achieve their goals and focus on their values. I create unique treatment plans for each client, allowing them to complete treatment with lasting skills they will be able to maintain. I also prioritize parent education in my work, because it's important that you are able to help your child utilize their new skills at home.
