Introduction

I have over 15 years of experience working with teens, adults, and families, and a community based services history. I work primarily with adults with trauma histories and teach them how to retell their story in a way that empowers them. I have extensive experience in family therapy and connecting with teenagers who "...just don't do well with other therapists." I work from an integrative family and strengths based therapy perspective, and utilize CBT, mindfulness techniques, and narrative style to help reframe how you or your family view and approach various problem areas.
