Ac a Certified Clinical Trauma and Anxiety Trained Professional, I use an eclectic approach that combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies to teach my clients the necessary skills to develop psychological flexibility with painful thoughts and emotions, and gain meaningful insight into what truly matters. Living a life that feels stagnant and directionless can weigh heavily on a person's psyche. I enjoy working with client's that want to break out and no longer feel stuck or trapped in their current narrative.
