Hi, I'm Christine, an Existential Therapist here in Colorado, specializing in Identity & Life Transitions, Personal Growth, Existential Crisis and Trauma. Or, in a new phase of life -- be in by age, injury, or diagnosis, struggling to adjust to what life is vs. was vs. what could be. Or, feeling pressured by your expectations about the future and/or burdened by your past. Or, stuck in patterns that are comfortable, but not fulfilling.
