Introduction

As a psychologist, I see it as my role to walk alongside those who entrust me to do so, providing support and encouragement, perspective, and guidance and navigation, when needed. Life’s path takes many twists, turns, and detours and often leads us in wildly different directions than we plan. But I believe that meaning and purpose can be found in the loss, pain, and trauma we encounter along the way. I am honored when the people I work with allow me to help them discover this, as well as the humor and joy that is present in so many places.
