Behavioral health therapy Locust Grove Counseling
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders, Trauma,

Introduction

At the age of 51, I went back to school at Regent University and obtained a Masters in Community Counseling. After completing my internships working with victims of sexual assault and at Fredericksburg Counseling, I worked at the nearby community service boards for 14 years: RACSB in Fredericksburg and RRCS (now Encompass) in Culpeper. My work at the CSBs included helping people with mental health and substance abuse issues both in the clinics and at a local jail. After retiring from full-time work, I started Locust Grove Counseling in October of 2022.
