Christine Miller, MA, LPCC, ATR. Christine primarily serves children and adolescents, as well as young adults. She utilizes art and play therapy, journaling, mindfulness practices, yoga, and grounding techniques to help clients with learning distress tolerance, building motivation, enhancing positivity, and optimizing healthy communication skills. She focuses on fostering self-esteem and teaching healthy coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. As a prior certified yoga instructor and current exercise enthusiast, Christine integrates the body/ mind connection into her therapeutic practice to support holistic healing.
