Hello and thank you for considering working with me! I am a social-justice minded, trauma-informed therapist with over 8 years working alongside individuals of diverse cultural identities. I am passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ and gender expansive communities. I also have extensive experience working with individuals affected by trauma or PTSD, anxiety, depression, and issues related to adjustment or identity. My style is warm and collaborative. I aim to provide empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgemental space for building a strong therapeutic relationship that serves as the foundation for growth, healing, and achieving your therapeutic goals. I work from a trauma-informed and culturally-attuned lens. I am specially trained in and utilize EMDR in conjunction with mindfulness based strategies, somatic therapy, as well as other evidence-based tools to support change.
