Hi! I am a bilingual/bicultural licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with Maternal Mental Health and children ages 0-5 years. I support new mothers in connecting to themselves in order to parent from an authentic and confident place. If you are experiencing troubling feelings such as sadness, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and/or frustration I can support you as we explore and make sense of them together. Sometimes difficult things happen in life and the bravest thing that we can do is ask for support. Destigmatizing the need for support among women and young children is so incredibly necessary for our communities. I can support you with young child development and behavioral challenges, woman empowerment, maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, and grief.
