Hi, I'm Christine! Change can be difficult and scary but I can tell you that it's not impossible. Embracing change may look like unlearning negative patterns and adopting new coping strategies to processing difficult emotions and developing your sense of agency. In working together, we can create meaningful change. I specialize in helping folks cope with life's challenges including, anxiety, disordered eating, trauma/grief, and relationship concerns. I also enjoy supporting young adults who are navigating life transitions and exploring new facets of their identity.
