Introduction

For therapy to work best, your first step is to find a therapist who matches well with you and your needs. If you are interested in taking a collaborative approach to explore your current life questions and to take steps to improve your situation, you may have found that match in me. My goal as a practitioner is to help enable everyone to pursue a more mindful, meaningful, and connected life, and to integrate all experiences ranging from trauma to success into a cohesive sense of self. My approach to counseling is empathic, practical and collaborative. I combine CBT-based approaches with humanistic values, and I encourage implementing specific skills from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) positive and performance psychology research. My specialty of performance psychology can be expanded beyond athletes and musicians, to benefit anyone who is searching for ways to improve quality of life. Let’s get started!
