Introduction

Hi, my name is Christopher. I’m a psychotherapist committed to helping adults and adolescents manage their anxiety. My work focuses on changing the way people think and respond to anxiety so that they don't feel overwhelmed, stressed out, worried, or panicked. I believe in collaboratively setting goals that focus on the specific and unique ways that anxiety affects the individual. I provide tools to control anxious thoughts, challenge worries and fears, and stay calm when feeling anxious or nervous. Through working together, clients gain resilience and confidence by reducing the effects of anxiety on their lives. I know that anxiety can be overwhelming but it doesn’t have to limit your life. I believe that all people have the ability to change the way they think, feel, and behave, and improve their quality of life, relationships, and move forward to achieving their aspirations. I have a passion for helping others actualize the change they wish to achieve, no matter how big or small. If you’d like to schedule a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. I look forward to hearing from you. *Note: I exclusively meet clients via video appointments. Due to the flexibility of video appointments, I am accepting new clients throughout the entire state of Massachusetts.
