I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and I am in-network with most major health insurance companies. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and post-graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University. In addition to providing therapy, I am a MN board-approved LPCC supervisor and have experience supervising, consulting, developing and leading teams, and teaching in higher education. I specialize in helping people make behavioral changes or who need healing from difficult circumstances. I can help you address specific concerns related to life transitions, relationships, identity formation, stress and anxiety, anger, depression, sexual addiction, shame, forgiveness, spirituality, and vocation. As a person I am approachable, discerning, transparent, good-humored, and playful. As a therapist I am well-practiced and always open to learning new things. I believe in the counseling process and have seen it play a significant part in changing people’s lives for the better.
