Introduction

I have a master's degree in counseling psychology from Tarleton State University in Texas, and I've been licensed to practice independently since 2012. I'm licensed in Texas, New York, and Oklahoma and focus on anxiety and depression. I strive to support individuals in their healing process. I use primarily cognitive-behavioral techniques to identify your thought processes and how they affect your mood and behaviors. My goal is to help you challenge unhelpful behaviors and thinking patterns and learn new skills. I also include some mindfulness, solution-focused, and dialectical behavioral skills. You can expect a collaborative, supportive, and empathetic experience that allows you to blossom into your ideal self.
