Christy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University, where she also earned a certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. She is licensed to provide therapeutic services in both Idaho and Utah. Christy is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and utilizes this evidence-based approach to work with adults, adolescents, and children in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, and other mental health concerns. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families overcome adversity and alleviate emotional pain and suffering. Additionally, Christy serves as the Chair of the Ethics Committee for the Association of Utah Substance Abuse Professionals (AUSAP) board and has extensive training in addiction recovery, supporting both individuals and families through the recovery process.
