Introduction

You are much more than the trauma, the grief, the struggle you are engaging with. You are much more than any diagnosis or label. Much of my work as a psychologist centers around the question, “How is your relationship with yourself?” When we begin to look at our relationship with ourselves, we often find that we are only in touch with only a small part of the totality of who we are. Unfortunately, we often loose contact with who we really are, with our deeper selves. I view therapy as an opportunity to reacquaint ourselves with who we really are, an opportunity to grow in consciousness. I find great hope in knowing the possibilities for raising levels of consciousness, individually, and hence collectively through engaging in psychological work. If my approach to therapy resonates with you, I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
