I am a person-centered counselor who recognizes the importance of uncovering the ways in which a person’s past can influence their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I enjoy helping individuals and couples struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationships. I also specialize in working with college students and young adults who may be struggling to balance work and/or academics, relationships, independence, and the changes and challenges associated with coming into adulthood.
