You may be experiencing an overwhelming amount of stress or challenge right now. It may be impacting your ability to function effectively in various aspects of your life or in your relationship(s). I believe there are ways to overcome such difficult times. My goal is to listen to your story, support you, and together sort through the challenges to help you move from just coping to living life to the fullest. Throughout my career I have been passionate about helping others heal and work towards finding meaning, motivation, and renewed purpose in life. My approach to therapy is client-centered, and strength-based. I have special interest in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and relationship and transitional issues utilizing several therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-Education, and Christian Counseling approaches.
