Introduction

Hello future clients! My counseling approach is grounded in a holistic and family systems approach. My life journey and experiences with neurodiversity have led me to understand and advocate for others with similar experiences. I work to celebrate and recognize the diversity of our brains instead of pathologizing some as "normal" and others as "abnormal." I have an eclectic therapy approach as each person is unique, and I appreciate feedback throughout our sessions to ensure our time together is valuable. I have a structured approach to learn about and explore values, core beliefs, healthy relationships and boundaries, healthy coping and regulation, communication styles and conflict management. I like to incorporate and explore family dynamics, supports, spirituality, nutrition, and physical health as all these factors impact our mental health.
