Introduction

Welcome to True Destiny Counseling. I am Cinella, and you have just decided that you are ready to heal, and I am ready to assist you in that process. I am a Licensed Professional counselor and bring to you several years' experience in the helping profession prior to my licensure. I pride myself in offering guidance and unwavering support through a preventative and proactive approach that promotes heart healing, wellness and recovery of all intersections of marginalization. I have extensive work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, justice-impacted people, co-occurring diagnosis and those struggling with SUD. One of my greatest attributes is treating individuals who have challenges with anxiety, depression, anger, and processing of past traumas. Through a holistic approach, I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT and other creative modalities to assist my clients on their wellness journey. My biggest success would be seeing you grow into a healed, healthy, successful individual who has succeeded in life and who has now moved from surviving to living.
