I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety and post traumatic stress symptoms. I particularly enjoy working with anxious moms & postpartum mental health, individuals who have sustained childhood trauma, as well as active duty military or veterans, and people of Christian faith, especially those who have experienced spiritual abuse or religious harm. It is my passion to help people pursue healing through a mind-body approach that regulates the nervous system. This allows you to no longer live in a chronic state of fight, flight, or freeze. As an EMDR-Certified therapist, I bring a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach with the integration of “parts work” (Ego States Therapy). This helps us to cultivate a deeper understanding for the parts of you that formed out of trauma, as well as an opportunity to reprocess the adverse events in order to get them “unstuck” from your nervous system.
