Introduction

Hi, I'm Claire! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) currently providing telehealth services to clients who reside in the state of Alabama. I'm a believer in therapy not only because I am a counselor by trade, but because I myself have been on the other side of the seat as a client. I know how important it is to have a trustworthy place to be able to set down fears, worries, dreams, and experiences for safekeeping while talking through hopes and ideas on how to honor our past and present while moving forward. This doesn't happen overnight though, as it takes time to ensure your counselor is a good fit and can help you reach collaborative goals together. Using a person-centered, relational approach and a range of interventions in my sessions, it is my goal to support you through each stage of the counseling process while respecting you as the expert on your own lived experiences and values. It would be an honor to walk with you as you take your first steps towards your future, while honoring each step before that allowed you to get here.
