Introduction
I’m an integrative psychotherapist and social worker, yoga student and teacher, and life-long mental health advocate. In my work with clients, I draw from various evidence-based, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and social justice-oriented approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TF-ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). As a yoga teacher, I love incorporating mindfulness and somatic techniques into therapy sessions. I am explicitly LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, neurodiveristy-affirming, body- and sex-positive, affirming of non-traditional relationships, and dedicated to cultural humility and ongoing learning.
