Sometimes life asks more of us than we feel prepared to give—especially when we’re carrying grief, feeling the weight of trauma or in complex relationship. A compassionate, grounded space can make all the difference. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and my experience in community mental health has shaped my commitment to supporting people through life’s most difficult and painful moments. Sage Hill Therapy was created to be a place where distressing experiences can be met with curiosity, care, and hope. My integrative approach combines mindfulness, psychoeducation, and schema-focused therapy to support emotional regulation and self-trust. I also recognize how deeply issues of race, identity, and inequality affect mental health. In my practice, we will create space to explore the impact of racism, discrimination, and systemic injustice. Your experiences are valid, and they matter here. If you’re curious about starting therapy, I invite you to reach out. *Tree of Hope Affiliate
