My name is Claudette Barragan and my purpose is to help adults establish a sense of meaning, purpose, and safety in their lives through the use of spirituality, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, and trauma-informed interventions. It is only by healing our emotional wounds and trauma that we will start living a fulfilling life and reach our full potential. That is when we are truly accepting of ourselves and become our own home, protector, and refuge. In order to accomplish this, we need to let go of the stories we have internalized that are the result of the experiences we have had throughout our lives. Once we uncover those limiting beliefs and reframe them into rational thoughts, we will be able to see life and ourselves through a different perspective, through the lens of love and compassion. I want you to know that healing is possible. Showing up for ourselves and asking for help are the first steps for changing our reality and creating the life we want.
