Introduction

With over six years of experience as a school counselor and a passion for working with LGBTQ+ teens and adults, I specialize in providing a supportive and affirming space where individuals can explore their identities, navigate challenges, and build resilience. Using a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to help them process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. In my practice, I prioritize client-centered care, ensuring that each person feels seen, heard, and empowered. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to guide them toward self-discovery and healing. Whether you are exploring your identity, facing life changes, or working through anxiety and emotional struggles, I’m here to support you in cultivating self-compassion, emotional regulation, and a sense of belonging.
