I identify as a BIPOC (acronym that stands for Black, Indigenous, People of Color) therapist with an approach that is kind, respectful, and humorous! I am bilingual and I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I use Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Techniques in my work with clients and I specialize in sex therapy. As a sex positive relationship therapist, I value all sexual orientations, relationships, and interests that are consensual and non-exploitative. When addressing your current experiences, I will always consider the impact of the larger context of your family and culture. This means I view individuals in the context of their relationships and their interactions with others. From a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I believe that all of us have the ability to reclaim our stories; it would be my honor to help you rewrite yours.
