Many people endure challenges in their lives, and struggle to find a way to work through those challenges in a healthy way. We would start with relationship building, which I find to be the cornerstone to a therapeutic relationship. I find that in we often have the answers in side of us, but do not know how to unlock them. In working with me as your therapist we will find the strengths that you have and build upon them, identify areas of your life that are plagued with struggles and develop skill to reduce the negative effects of the struggles in your life, relationships, or marriage. I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I have been privileged to have a vast array of experiences, by design as a therapist. I have worked with persons struggling with trauma experiences, anxiety, depression, Bi-Polar disorder, anger management, couples counseling, family therapy and many other problem areas. I use EMDR, CBT, and a blend of interventions from multiple modalities with my clients. We all have experienced hardships of some form in our life's journey. I like you have sought and work with a therapist; life is an experience that sometimes requires us to have someone else weigh in on our journey. The idea is, that at some point in time we all could use a helping hand, an empathetic ear, or could learn some skills to better manage our life.
