Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of substance use, eating disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy and believe in partnering with you to identify and attain your own individual goals. You are the expert of your own life and already have within you so many of the things you need to change, grow, and heal. It’s my job to illuminate those things and partner with you on the journey towards those goals. I know that recovery is a process with ups and downs and it takes hard work and courage to keep moving forward. Sometimes recovery seems impossible, but I promise you there is hope! I utilize several different therapeutic modalities to promote healing from past traumas and unmet needs, to shift behavior patterns, and to help develop more adaptive coping skills. I am fully EMDR trained and am a Certified Trauma Therapist. Change is possible if we can figure out how to break the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Healing your relationship with yourself and others can be another difficult part of the process and I will be there every step of the way as we navigate this together. I look forward to working with you and helping you to be the best version of yourself!
