Welcome to the first step in your therapy journey. I have been working as a therapist for the past 5 years in a variety of settings. The scope of work I have done has included children, teenagers, adults, and families. Therapy is a journey, sometimes it takes a couple of appointments to feel grounded. I encourage clients to communicate preferences and needs throughout the therapy process, so the space remains yours to have for support and guidance.
