In therapy, my goal is to create a safe space for clients to work through the things they are experiencing such as life changes, stress and trauma, anxiety and depressive symptoms. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Treatment (ERP), mindfulness, solution-focused modalities, and systems therapy. I have been a Social Worker for over 15 years and bring that knowledge with me in everything I do. My goal is to use these tools to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where we can process your emotions and experiences to promote healing.
