Introduction

As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with extensive training in EMDR and trauma-informed therapy, I specialize in helping LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples navigate complex trauma, relationship issues, and mental health challenges. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences, process trauma, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, emphasizing your unique needs and experiences. As an EMDR therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, including PTSD, C-PTSD, and developmental experiences that impact daily life. My trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach supports clients in areas such as identity, gender, anxiety, depression, and relationships. Together, we’ll use a variety of therapeutic tools to foster healing and growth. Therapy is a partnership—one where we work side by side to explore deeper healing, addressing not only mental health but also cultural, spiritual, and physical aspects of your life. By taking a holistic view, we can align your life with your authentic self. Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but know you’re not alone. I’m here to offer compassionate support and techniques to guide you through this journey. Wherever you're starting from, your whole self is welcome here.
