Confluence Integrative Therapy

the practice of trauma integration Tracy Cobb
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Attachment Issues, Relationship Issues,

Introduction

At Confluence Integrative Therapy we view healing from trauma as a practice, not just a "one and done" session once a week. We believe change happens through consistency and we provide clients with the tools they need to create deep and lasting change over time. In our practice we use a multi-modality view of healing to help people who feel stunted by the lingering impact of trauma and early childhood relational wounding. We are relational and believe we heal relationship by being in relationship. Exploring relational templates built early on, articulating relational lineages, we begin to cultivate awareness for who we are today and have clarity about current obstacles in life. We also help to ground the wisdom from peak experiences, psychedelic journeys and significant life changes by utilizing Mindfulness, Somatic and attachment based models. Viewing triggers and obstacles as trailheads, pointing us in the direction of healing, we offer a welcoming space where safety and trust are imperative, inviting clients to be truly heard and seen in a non-judgmental environment. By aligning to your innate wisdom we offer a space for you to finally feel heard, empowered and supported to integrate trauma as well as peak experiences, life transitions and psychedelic experiences.
