Introduction
Connected Crew is a community-rooted behavioral health organization dedicated to helping youth stay on track, out of trouble, and thriving. Our Therapeutic After-School Program serves at-risk children and adolescents ages 5–17, offering a safe, structured, and empowering environment during the critical after-school hours. We combine evidence-based mental health services with engaging social-emotional learning (SEL), academic support, vocational exposure, and creative expression. Through trauma-informed care, family collaboration, and strengths-based interventions, we reduce the risk of youth involvement in the juvenile justice system, truancy, and other high-risk behaviors.
