Introduction

Grounded in the power of relationships, we promote personal growth, healthy living, healing, and emotional & relational wellbeing. Therapy and assessment are approached from a dynamic, inclusive and empowering stance that is rooted in the neuroscience of human development. Our whole-human approach carefully considers the many aspects that collide to create an individual’s lived experience, from our childhoods, to relationships, to the systems we are impacted by, to how we care for our bodies, minds and spirits. We work together to deepen self-understanding, to heal what needs healing, to change what is not working, to build resilience, and to progressively help you be well and thrive. While grounded in these shared values and perspectives, our team of clinicians reflects and celebrates diverse identities, languages, theoretical orientations, and clinical specialties. We carefully consider these aspects when pairing clients with therapists, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and culturally responsive care. THERAPY We offer psychotherapy for adults, children, adolescents, and families, including parenting support. We work collaboratively with our clients to identify areas for healing and/or growth and embark on the therapy journey with individualized support, whether through talk therapy, play therapy, or approaches centering the mind-body connection. Since human CONNECTion is essential for our healing and wellbeing, we develop safe and supportive therapeutic relationships that provide the foundation and holding for healing and growth. We recognize that growth often requires HEALing of past hurts and once-adaptive strategies that are no longer helpful. Whatever the challenge, the trauma, the uncertainty, we work together to deepen self-understanding and emotional repair, strengthen coping and self-regulation, and build resilience. Helping you and/or your child THRIVE is our ultimate goal. We partner with you on the journey to self-understanding, healing, and growth to help you live with resilience and success. ASSESSMENT Comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing is available for individuals across the life span and for a broad range of diagnostic questions. This is a targeted approach to obtaining detailed and objective information about an individual using validated tests and procedures. This helps us answer complex questions, clarify diagnoses, and inform treatment and support. Our approach to evaluation is rooted in the paradigm of Therapeutic Assessment and is hence collaborative, provides a holistic picture of the individual, and actively supports learning and improvement. We carefully consider qualitative testing data in the context of developmental processes and the impact of life experiences, including trauma and protective factors. Our clinicians are highly specialized and experienced in conducting comprehensive evaluations and use the assessment process to help clients understand themselves, or their child, significantly better and identify a path to resolving persisting challenges. TRAINING We are committed to supporting the growth and development of mental health professionals by providing individualized training and supervision. We utilize a developmental approach that centers learning and growth with expansive supervisor support, with our clients’ growth as a primary and shared goal. While completing their doctorate degrees in clinical psychology, clinicians work closely with experienced supervisors to continuously integrate their knowledge and evolve their skillset, allowing clients to benefit from the expertise and devotion of a clinical team in the context of a safe therapeutic relationship.
