Many clients come to therapy feeling disempowered in some shape or form, and my hope is to foster empowerment by granting you autonomy and agency in the therapeutic process. I firmly believe that I can learn just as much from you as you can from me, and that in many respects you know yourself best. As such, I openly welcome feedback from you throughout our work together. I also recognize that your goals may change throughout treatment; thus, I will periodically check in with you to see if you deem progress has been made and if you want to alter your goals, and I will adjust my interventions accordingly.
