Introduction

I am a licensed professional school counselor & provisionally licensed therapist committed to helping (pre-)teens, young women, and mother-daughter duos going through their growing pains from girlhood to womanhood and motherhood. I specialize in multicultural counseling, specifically for Black and/or Indigenous girls & women, because I recognize and understand their needs, which is often unaddressed and misunderstood. As a Black & Indigenous woman, I bring a different perception while you heal and seek your own solutions. My work involves evidence-based techniques & strategies that suites your area(s) of concern to reach your goals. You may be introduced to creative and/or new healthy ways of coping, processing, and expressing yourself in your healing journey with me. If you’re interested, scheduling a FREE 15 minute consultation with me!
