Introduction

We are a team of highly qualified mental health professionals who treat individuals (children, teens, adults), couples, and families in Ohio, Florida, and Alabama. Our therapy style is warm, laid-back, and interactive. We believe in treating everyone with compassion, respect, and sensitivity. We do not believe in stigmatizing labels. We specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationships. We serve individuals and couples and specialize in the LGBTQIA+ community, active duty service members, and veterans. We offer individual therapy for teens and adults, family therapy, and couples counseling. It takes courage to seek treatment and to take the first steps toward change. We are here to support and empower you if you are ready to take that step. In our practice, we are LGBTQIA+ affirming. We are also sex-positive and specialize in ethical non-monogamy. We are a safe and understanding place. We also provide supervision for LSWs seeking independent licensure in the state of Ohio. Individual and group supervision is available. In addition to supervision, we are corporate wellness experts and offer consultation services for employers and organizations.
