Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that practices in the state of Florida. If you are in the process of experiencing an unexpected life event related to any kind of loss, going through the process of a major life transition, or are struggling with anxiety and depression, you have come to the right place! I have a passion working with adults of any age and also have several years of experience working particularly with younger adults in college settings along with older adults in multiple hospice settings. I provide clients with the necessary skills to manage symptoms of grief and loss, experience less stress, challenge self-defeating beliefs and provide hope for a better quality of life. With 10 years working in the mental health field, my goal is to provide you with a non-judgmental therapeutic presence that is full of empathy, empowerment, emotional support, guidance and healing. I make sure to use a collaborative approach that works alongside with you to help identify your personal strengths and goals that pertain to your specific needs. My private practice is 100% virtual and I offer a wide range of times throughout the week.
