Cordelia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She received Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude, respectfully. She has 8+ years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults and adults. Cordelia has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (certification in progress), and has a certification in Trauma-informed CBT. In addition to utilizing these therapeutic models, Cordelia approaches her work with clients from an interdisciplinary and strengths-based lens to help foster resilience and well-being in the children, young adults, and adults she works with. Cordelia has published articles and has presented her research and work at numerous conferences and events. She continues to be involved in research and community projects that are striving to connect practice with research.
