Introduction

Everyone has bad days. Even the most fortunate and well-adjusted of us struggle with feeling overwhelmed, lost, or anxious from time to time. But your dark days shouldn’t outweigh your bright ones. Maybe you find yourself lacking motivation. Or perhaps worrying has become a norm for you. Maybe you realize you have an unhealthy relationship with food or other substances—or even a person. No matter your challenge, it may be time to talk with someone. I'm here for you. Together, we can work to understand and address what’s holding you back from being the person you know you can be. I specialize in helping individuals combat their bouts of anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and addiction. I also work with couples to help them navigate the issues that come with sharing life and personal space. The work we do will be CBT- and DBT-informed, while addressing the environmental factors that may be affecting you currently. You’ve already taken the hardest step, acknowledging that you need help. Your next step is to schedule your free consultation. During our confidential sessions, you’ll be provided support that is safe, insightful, and empowering. So are you ready? Let’s talk about how I can help you grow into your true self.
