Introduction

"Realize that you are not alone, that we are in this together, and most importantly that we are all connected.” In the journey toward healing and self-discovery, sometimes we get lost and filled with anger, anxiety, depression etc..I will provide a safe environment with scientifically evidence-based practices to help you cope, thrive, and take charge of your life. I also use an integrative approach because therapy is not one size fits all, it is custom to you.
