Introduction

I have been working with adolescents and adults in a variety of environments for nearly two decades; across all environments I have found profound value in providing a space where someone feels seen, heard, and not judged. I take a trauma-informed approach, providing a safe and compassionate space to explore and resolve challenges through mindfulness, self-compassion, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and I enjoy incorporating somatic therapeutic practices. While we may find ourselves feeling stuck or unfulfilled, we each have an inner wisdom that points us towards healing-- it is my goal as a clinician to help individuals honor and amplify their innate capacity to heal.
