I have over 10 years of working with children (from birth to 18 years old), women as individuals and family work. I received my Masters in Social Work from San Jose State University in 2016 and I became a License Clinical Social Worker in 2020. My focus is working with parents/caregivers that have children who are experiencing stress in the family relationship and need support to recognize triggers and how to foster a positive relationship. My approach uses a combination of therapeutic modalities such as; Client-Centered, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. However, I am skilled in assessing the needs of my clients and demonstrate flexibility in providing interventions and strategies best suited for each individual. Finding the right therapist can be challenging. Feeling safe is key to be able to open up and to heal. Allow me to provide you with a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to guide you and hold space for you during this phase of your life.
