I draw on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and additional interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy to help foster insight and change into the lives of the those I work with. With a warm approach and sprinkle of humor, I work side by side with you towards living a meaningful, sustainable, and productive life. Outside of the therapy room, I love balancing personal passions with myself and my partner. I enjoy discovering new music, running, meditating, visiting new Houston spots, and collecting more fuzzy socks than I should.
