I have a strong passion for helping women through this stage of their life with the added support mothers desperately need as they evolve from an individual woman to a first time mother. I also counsel couples as they navigate this transition in an effort to offer support and build a strong connection through communication and conflict resolution tools. I have professional and lived experience as a wife of 10 years and mother to 2 boys. I know all the various challenges that come with navigating the Maternal and Paternal phase of life and I am dedicated to helping women and couples.
