Introduction

I am a licensed Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Counselor who uses warmth, empathy, compassion, and humor to help clients cope with life stressors and to navigate difficult life transitions related to relationships, work, school, family, and friends. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationship challenges, struggles with healthy communication skills, establishing boundaries, behavioral issues, grief, and other mental health conditions. My goal is to walk alongside you as you begin this journey in finding healing, self-growth, and peace. I provide a safe, secure, supportive environment for clients to express their emotions and feelings. I want clients to feel comfortable knowing they are not alone.
