CJ is the owner and psychotherapist of Guardian Pack Counseling, LLC. I am a trauma informed therapist that specializes in working with PTSD, LGBTQIA+, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Anxiety. Although these are my specialties, that does not limit my insight. I take a very direct approach without being harsh or critical. When you come in my door (physically or virtually), you are taking the first step towards healing. I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and to be there for when people need it or just need someone to talk through life with. Guardian Pack Counseling offers low-cost services with reduced rates for low-income and reduced rates for current students.
